I love my bb curve but after updating my internet to a higher plan it still runs so slow! Takes well over 3 minutes to load a page! Is it the phone or the plan I'm on?

Sounds to me like your internet settings on the BB have been tweaked. Might have some issues with the primary and/or secondary DNS servers if you are using Wifi. Try resetting to defaults. If on Edge and you have full bars try a different browser like Opera Mini and see if you get the same results. Remember you can only receive info as fast as the sender CHOOSES to send it. Just cause you are paying a premium for you connection doesn't guarantee you speed. Most ISP's give you the numbers based on BEST CASE SCENARIO.... If you are getting info from a site or user on dial up you will be limited to a dial up connection. Hope that makes sense.
