im getting a refurb 9700 with no battery and i was wondering if my 9000 battery would fit in the 9700? any replies would be greatly appreciated, thanks

If you look on Shop.CrackBerry.com, the BlackBerry.com Accessory store, or even Amazon, You'll see that the M-S1 Battery is listed for either the 9000 or the 9700, They are exactly the same, as SaneinOne noted previously.

yea they use the same batts with the 9000 and the 9700

lol my guess is, "one fell off the back of a truck" cough warranty exchange cough....warranty claims made by friends n then they call warranty and claim it was never receieved. lol gotta love people who commit fraud. i could completely be wrong on the OPs method of getting it however.
