When i go to sync my info on my desktop manger it comes up with a Error from Intellisync saying unknown error to report.

Does anyone know what this is and what I need to do to get my desktop to get back to normal.

I have already re started the computer

You can try going to control panel > add or remove programs on your computer. If you try to remove Desktop Manager, it will give you an option to repair it. That might do it for you.

check all of your contacts on your BB and outlook both. Make sure they all have a atleast a first name and not just an entry in the 'business name' field. Also make sure none have special characters and are all letters or numbers basically
