Migration from the 8900 to the 9700 with desktop manager went smoothly. Now how do I default my 8900 to factory so I can get my wife out of her Centro. I know I saw it but can't find it now.

BEST FREAKIN PHONE I EVER HAD!!!! I have also had almost every other kind of BB, this one is still and will always be my Fav!!!! ENJOY HUN!!!! PS....If u ever do drop it in H20... Rip out battery asap, place phone and battery (no back) in a ziploc bac full of white rice for 24 to 72hrs!!!! It absolutely works PERFECT!!!!!!!!

Lol really? You dropped your phone twice in 7 weeks? Wow. I have yet to ever drop a phone ever and I've carried one for 10 years now. Maybe you should invest in a Otterbox Defender case
I have had my BB 9700 for exactly one week today and I love it. One thing keeps bugging me. I feel that it takes an unusual amount of force to unplug the charger from it. I am by no means a little guy, it just seems a little difficult and I am worried that I may be doing something wrong. Anyone notice this "difficulty"?
Thank you very much for your response. That's a good idea. I am glad to know that I am not being too sensitive about it and my issue made sense to someone. I was considering a powermat, but have not seen where they make a receiver for the 9700 yet.

Mine was really hard to plug and unplug for about 3-4 weeks then it got easier. I found that if you plug the micro in at an angle rather than straight in it goes in easier. Rather have it a little tight than loosey goosey. Of course this is all just IMO.
thank you for help too. it has only been eight days since i bought it. it stands to reason that it would loosen over time. i love this thing...wouldn't want anything to go wrong with it.
Another 9700 praise thread-I love it! Cant say enough about my 9700, been using BB for four years, had almost every model-this 9700 is absolutely the finest Berry ever made!
Nice pick, I read and checked so many reviews and finally made my choice too. I got mine last Thursday and been addicted ever since. It's my first BlackBerry and I love it. Everyone in my entourage envy me.
