Well sort of a private matter but I'm curious to know why you guys paid for your phone.
I got mine unlocked off eBay with 2 extra batteries for just under $500

here's where US carriers OWN canadian companies. I got mine for on a 3 year Telus contract for $199 + taxes plus a $140 cancellation fee for my bell contract.
2 9550's for free as they were a replacement for 2 9530's that verizon said to keep 1 and mail 1 back. Plus I had to sign a new 2 year contact. I origninally paid $79.00 for the 2 9530's then sold the one that verizon said to keep for $150.
I PAID ZEROOOOOOOO! I ordered a tour from wirefly.com. Got it and it was bad. THen I had them send me a S1 because I wanted to try the touchscreen and that one too came damaged in the mail. So on the third try, I talked them into sending me an S2 for no charge for all my trouble or I would cancel my order all together. They agreed, and that is how I got my FREE S2 a few days after they came out. At that time, they were $199 on the wirefly website.
I paid 129 for two in November with the verizon bogo... And sold the extra on eBay for 400. So I guess verizon paid me 270 to get a sweet phone! Thanks to my mom who doesn't want anything other then her 6 year old razr

Contract was up with T-mobile. I cracked the screen of my unlocked 9530 2 days before the storm 2 came out. Ordered it and a curve for my wife for $50 +tax for both on a 2 year contract with Verizon. Sold the broken Storm 1 on ebay for $80.
