I am currently running OS 4.6.1.318 on my 8520 and when I receive a voice note I cannot play it. An error appears on screen that says it's an unsupported format. I've reloaded the OS several times and at first the problem seems to go away and I can play voice notes again, but after a day or two the problem reappears!
I don't know what else to do... I'm about to install OS 5.0 to see if that solves the problem, so if anyone has any suggestions as to what I should do I'm all ears!
