Ok so I got this message from BBM lastnite about my email and I need to register it so I can backup my BBM. It told me to goto my "Back-up list screen", where is that?

It was under system messages on my BBM, i have never seen that drop down menu before. It says that my email address was configured on the deviice. We recommend that you reigister this email w/ BB Messenger from the Back-up contact list.
from what i've seen of it, bbm gives you the option to backup your contact list to a registered email or locally to media card. i did both while messing with updates and when i re-installed bbm, it saw that email reg to my bb and restored my list. pretty cool. no more losing contacts with updates, or thats the idea anyway.
