Rate it : 9/10, no nicks or dents. There is a small superficial scratch next to the dial key, and one on the return key. Both are almost imperceptible in my opinion.
What it comes with : used black gel skin in good condition (one), OEM battery (one), Best Skins Ever screen protector already applied (since day one), brand new BB holster (one), USB PC cable (one), OEM wall charger (one), manuals, User Tools CD, OEM headphones (one), original box. NO microSD or SIM cards included in the offer.

Any additional info: This is my first offering on CrackBerry. I obtained the Curve as a warranty replacement for my original Curve on 10/15/09, and just a week ago I purchased a 9700 Bold.
I thought on keeping the Curve as a backup, but I decided on passing it on to someone who wants or needs it. There is ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with it, it is in perfect working order, is unlocked, and has been taken very well care of. It is available for immediate shipping. Item will be wiped prior to shipment, the photos show it as it is right now. No apps or themes will be provided.
