Hello all,

I'm running the newest (and best!) version of Poynt, v.1.5.2.36, which incorporates weather to the app. Sadly, I've noticed a VERY pronounced memory leak since it was installed and I'm wondering if anyone else is running into this issue.

I'm not showing any memory leaks either, but i have noticed that it's laggy on my storm 9530 os .436 hybrid. Like when i touch on some of the buttons the backround overlaps itself. But no leaks what so ever

No leaks here either, nor have I noticed any lag. The new version is somewhat larger so, as a result, I noticed a bit less app memory after a restart but that's about it.

No leaks...and are you leaving the app open for some reason? i mean if its not running its not gonna be leaking memory

If it has weather check and see if you have it set to constantly update your weather. This happens on Berryweather. You need to set it to checking every couple of hours. I wouldn't think it would check if it is completely turned off but you can't tell with a BB.

Definitely leaking for me as well.I was at 41mb and I opened Poynt and was playing around with it for about 10 min.I checked the memory and I was down to 33mb.It has gone up slightly after about an hour.I am using the .464 hybrid and it holds memory very well until I open Poynt.

only noticed when it's open while trying to download more apps. maybe try closing it all the way then rebooting your Storm.

I'm running v1.5.2.36 & have no memory leak at all.
