Has anyone found how to fix the (7000) error when trying to get shows to load?

yes, I'm searching for some info too, tried Sprint TV tonight (using OS 5.0.0.419) and it opens fine, gives me all the screens and options, but the video you choose never loads, then I get the same error 7000 that you do. Bummer

I've spend a fair amount of time on the phone with Sprint over Sprint TV and even they can't get mine to work ... Good Luck

Just uninstall and re-install the app then reboot and you will be good to go.

PS incase your wondering why your sprint navigation is not working you will need to uninstall and re-install again because only the updated version will work with 5.0

i've done that a few times already and i still get the same error on most channels. the nfl network is the only one that works.

yeah downgrade back to your official OS of 4.7 from what I understand its a bug in the 5.0 for you Sprint guys that your tv stuff wont work

if you run a hybird of one of the 5.0 it will work for you , I am running 5.0.419 with .415 files and all works good for me
