I'm trying to install tetherberry on a macbook, using the storm

can someone please tell me what acccount name and password this is referring to.
Is there a step by step guide for installing this thing on a macbook. I searched the tetherberry website but didn't find anything detailed other than a three steps. Perhaps, I missed it.

edit: I'm no longer getting the message to input acct / pw info. I installed the tetherberry on BB first THEN installed the mac software. It is now working properly
