Just bought this appl, but got an error when registering.

"Oops, the registration can not be done via MMMOOO License Manager"

What is that means ?

Whenever my Tour is plugged in charging this app keeps popping up onto my screen and I have to constantly back out of it. I have the app's screensaver option set to off, but it keeps popping up while plugged in. I will have to delete the app until an update comes out to fix this issue.
