    My BIS is connected, but my BES is not. I went into Advanced Options--> Enterprise Activation, and it said I was not activated. Currently, my Viigo and a couple of other apps don't work, and I think it has something to do with this. It was like this when I upgraded to 5.0.0.423

    What information do I need to put down to activate it? I just put down my email address/password but don't know what the Activation Server Address is. When I try activating, it just says "Activating <email address>" but doesn't do anything after.

    Any help appreciated.

    You need to talk to your BES administrator of your company about getting you on the server.

    When you installed your software did you pick BES or BIS?
