    Quick question to everyone on .411. After your upgrade, did any of you lose your Memo Pad, Tasks, Powerpoint, Excel and Word applications?

    I just upgraded my Bold 9000 from 4.6.0.304 to the .411 last night. All the apps u mentioned were still there. (pls note i just upgrade and didnt wipe my device) everything was working fine but the 3 icons for my doc to go 2.0 was blank. but the program worked fine

    Yes - lost them....but expected to do so as my old versions needed updating for v5 software

    Wipe, use loader.exe, check the boxes for memo, tasks etc
