Does anybody know how i can download and save my service book on my desktop.

They are something that comes from your carrier, I think.

plug in phone to pc > open dm > backup and restore > advanced > under device databases > scroll down to service book > click on the left arrow in the middle of the two columns > file > save > save to whereever
