Hello

As everyone knows, RIM and ATT released the latest OS update for blackberry a few days ago...whenever I plug my blackberry into my mac, it says updates available and I continue. However after 5 minutes it says "Failed" because it cannot connect to the network or the update did not download.

I have tried now for a few days and my internet does work because i am browsing the web and downloading stuff from other sites.

Does anyone know why this is occurring? Thanks

No I don't know why that's happening but if you have access to a pc install you could get the phone updated

If I connect to a second computer, a PC, will I have to re-sync my 9700 with my mac again to get my contacts back and such
