Since updating to version 1.3 of ScoreMobile all I get is "No Data Available". I downloaded from APP World at first. After that didn't work I deleted and tried downloading directly from the ScoreMobile website, same thing. I have taken battery out numerous times as well. Anyone else having this issue and how did you resolve it if you did. Thanks
Well mine was on about 3 minutes of attempting to load racing stats. I changed to NBA and NHL and loaded standings and schedules without a problem. I wonder how new the update is?
I had the same issue. Everything was fine until the update through BB appworld, then I got the "no data available" message. I did battery pulls, uninstalled and re-installed from the Scoremobile website, and finally emailed scoremobile. They replied within a couple of hours and sent me a link to version 1.2. Battery pulls and downgrade and still nothing. The email I received from them asked if I was on a BES (I am). The email I received was the day before Christmas so hopefully we can pick up next week.
BTW, the website is not scoremobile it is thescore.com. If you just type scoremobile, its a porn site.
Yeah NASCAR season is over anyhoo there's nothing under that section to see I just go to ScoreMobile - NASCAR instead of using the app "no races" is all it shows

I have had this same problem on my Storm running .419. It will run for a day and work great. It will then get the no data available error. I have to delete the app totally and then redownload. It works again fine for another day or so. I have done this 4 times now.
I downloaded the new OS 5.0 for my tour last night. After that I re-installed Scoremobile and it worked. Then called my IT dept and got the BES back up and running and guess what? Getting "no data available" on Scoremobile again. So it seems to definitely be a BES issue....
I'm having the same problem since I accepted the upgrade to the new version of the app, and I'm also on BES. Worked fine before, guess I shouldn't have upgraded. Will be interested to hear if there is a fix, as I thought the app was pretty good.
