Sure is. Just make sure you delete the vendor.xml file prior to installing it.

can't install on my tmo 9700. currently running .415 it says the version installed is newer than provided and just offers to install older ver

had a couple of corrupt files, redownloaded and installed. everything looks good right now. will report if there are any issues

- ctrl alt delete restart method freezes the phone
