Anyone try this app out yet? My device isn't supported yet for FlipShare. For those that don't know, Flip Video is a company that sells the mini digital camcorders. They offer software to upload your videos to websites and FlipShare for iPhone, Blackberry, and Android devices.

I went to the site and couldn't find any place to get any app, do you have to own a flipshare camera for this to work?

I downloaded the app
it seems like its a youtube but only using flipshare videos
you need an account
and they have channels, favorites, new, photos, etc.
I do not think you need a flip camcorder in order to use this.

As far as I know you don't need an account or the camera. You just need someone who will share videos with you. The app isn't supported on my wife's 9700 either.

I have it on my ipad and I have a flip. without the app, you cannot view the videos on your phone if they are sent through the flip website. It works nicely on my ipad (although it is an iphone app so the image quality is not as good as it should be but I imagine they will create and ipad app at some time). I was hoping to download it to my 9700, but it is not supported for that yet.
