Unlock codes are device specfic, there are no universal codes. The only way to get one is to call your carrier or purchase one online somewhere.

thanks I didn't realise, I called my carrier but the said you need to be with them longer than 3 months. I can't find my other sim card which has been with them over a year

If you can't wait three months, go to the BB unlocking forum. There are several unlockers that can generate a code for you for a small fee.
