.419, .425, or .428 ? What differences between them? Which one did you guys choose?

I went with the 419/428 hybrid and love it. Figured go with latest java files. Pretty smooth build. Try it, you can always go backwards. Good luck

So witht he 419/428 do I have to load those over .328? or install .328 and install over like I would with any hybrid?

You have to have a fresh /328 on PC then install the hybrid over it like you normally load then load to the phone. Lyricidal has update the installer without the axl and cod that was causing issues. Should be in the front page of the hybrid and gives you a choice of straight 419, 425 or 428 java files.

I'm gonna give this one a load up tonight. Lyricidal's .328/.405 has been treating me well but I'll give this one a whirl later (probably .428 first and see how that goes).

I went with the same version and am also quite happy with it.
