A friend of mine bought locked AT&T locked 9700, he was trying unlocking his cell as he's not using their services.. By entering wrong keys for 10 times his cell is complete locked even he purchased code on line but still not working...
Any solution would be highly appreciated..

sorry but hahahahhahahh. It's permanently locked to Att. There is nothing you can do a PUK or PUK2 won't do anything.
