    So when I receive an email, and then select 'Reply', I type in my response, and go to send it, but there is no "Send" option!

    Not when I press the trackpad, nor if I go into the full menu.

    What is going on?!?! I've never had this problem with my Curve, and composing a new email, or forwarding an email does not present this problem, just when I want to 'Reply'.

    Options>advanced options>host routing table, hit menu, select "register now"

    Login to your BIS and send service books. If that doesn't solve the problem log
    back into BIS, delete and then re-add the email account.

    Did the first step...

    Don't know how to login to my BIS though. (I am with TELUS) If you can give me a quick answer that would be great. In the meantime, I have been searching the forums to get a percise answer on how to do this.

    Just login to the email settings on your phone. Once logged in, hit menu,
    service books. You'll see the option there.

    I did have to delete and then re-add the account though.
