Where is it? I haven't plugged my phone into my computer yet so I am assuming that the app world will download onto my phone once I plug it in. Please someone shed some light on this for me! Cheers.

OK then, just go to m.blackberry.com from your BB browser and download App World from there.

By the way Phill, this is what it's saying when I try and download the app world.

"Sorry, your device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support Blackberry App World."

What OS do you have? Check it by going to Options -> About

    Hmmm This usually means either...

    1) You don't have an active BlackBerry Data Plan, or
    2) You live in a country not yet supported by App World

It's a 5.0 OS. It's a 9700 bold so app world should work with it. I have an active Data Plan, can see by looking at my account on t-mobile. I live in the United States lol.

I'm going back to the store tomorrow to actually exchange out my device because of a loose bezel and loose trackpad so I'll ask them about it tomorrow.

    You're right, it should work.

Are you trying to download over 3G or wifi?

Try it with 3G only, and make sure you have the little BlackBerry logo next to your 3G signal indicator, or it won't work.

You may have to call Tech support and have them walk you through it. I had the same problem and almost sent the phone back because I couldnt get the app world to download, keep saying did not meet req. But call the Tech support and they can walk you through! I love this phone
