That callback number BS is also on the 8830's SMS screen. I've seen it on VZW's only though... must be a VZW thing that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever, since you can easily touch the contact name or number on the header and hit Send to call the person back. If RIM had made the small interface change t allow for a visual que when you select the person's name to highlight (just like it does when it's just a number instead from someone not already in your address book), then we wouldn't need the stupid callback number field. Yet another thing that backfires on them, since RIM employees indicated "It's by design and not an UI glitch." when challanged about it. Okay... see where it got you now?
