It seems the "like" option on the news feed disappeared. Anyone know how to get this back? I've tried closing the app and restarting but it hasn't come back. The weird part is that if I view my profile, it will show up there...

Don't get why it's funny

Anyway, when I goto the mobile site via the browser, the like option is still there, but on the FB app it isn't. This has to be an issue with the app itself, however not sure how to fix.

Anyone have any ideas?

Sorry man. I have a wierd sense of humour sometimes.

FYI: I see the "like" in my facebook app so chances are its your phone? I don't know. Try reinstalling the facebook app!

The like button is one of the best features of the application. Is there something we have to do with the new privacy settings?

Gone for me after redownloading FB upon repeated 'can't connect to server errors" recently, and after doing a complete Wipe of my phone and reinstalling everything. Poster above mentions the new security features from FB may have something to do with it. For frequent FB users, it is an important feature.
