I have read every thread on this site about getting a 9530 to work on att network but, i cant get mine to work. i have loaded the service books and everything. I even put my att sim card in my friends unlocked storm and it worked great. My phone is unlocked i checked three times i don't know what else to do please someone help

Don't feel bad. It doesn't work very well on Verizon's network either.

How are you sure that the device is locked?

You didn't explain anything... what are the issues you are having. "... i cant get mine to work." doesn't help.

i unlocked the phone my self it says network disabled. at the top it says sim card error and has SOS when I put the att sim card in

Did you try with other sim card ? just to make sure your phone is unlocked
