So my wife just upgraded from her old Pearl to the 9700. Everything has been switched over except the most important thing...the email address.

It is wanting a password for the blackberry.net account and I don't recall putting one on it. I have tried every password we ever use and no dice.

So my question is this, is there anyway to recover that password so she can start getting her emails again or do I need to create a new one? And if so, how do I create a new one when the old one is listed but wanting a password?

Contact AT&T and have the accnt reset. You won't lose the address or anything, they just need to have the password reset.
