New convert to QuickLaunch here and I love it. As the thread title implies, having an issue with the camera shutter mute feature. Set it to show in menu, selected mute, and tried it on every sound profile but always still get the shutter sound. Did multiple battery pulls and made sure I have the latest version. I'm on a Storm1 running 148. Any ideas? Thanks!

Just tried mine here, using 5.0.0.320 on the 9550 and the camera sound muted just fine. Maybe an OS thing.

For me I have to actually go into the camera and then set the camera mute option. If I do it anywhere else it won't work even though the menu says the camera is muted.

There is no mute option on the Storm camera though. If there were, the QL feature wouldn't be necessary.

Sorry, I wasn't clear on what I said... For me on the Tour I have to go into camera mode first, then pull up the menu and select QL Mute. If I use the QL Mute option anywhere else it won't work.

I've run into the same problem - usually if I just turn mute off then back on it works again

just before you use it enable it, ive noticed that if i leave it on from the time prior it wont always work. so use it then disable it and before next time enable it, then it seems to work.

Just tried the two above tips. Still not working. Bummer...I really liked this app too.

I've tried numerous ways to get it to work, but alads I still have shutter sound. I'm guessing its a compatibility issue with OS6 that the dev's have yet to work out.

They will get to it eventually and send us an update when they do.
