This is pre-shrunk 39.6mbs (375 files), I have provided the removed
files folder and placed it in the Java folder so things may be added
back in.

When I click the installer after download it says it contains invalid data.

What are the .341 files from? another 9520 release? Why cant those be replaced with .408 files?

I believe the .341 .cods are what makes the OS in the about screen say 5.0.0.341. We need a higher radio to have the about screen show a higher leak.

I may have to give this ago. Haven't wanted a hybrid since I got my S2 but the footprint seems tiny and it gets rid of everything I don't need. One question though. Do I need both the exe and zip downloads?

Any real noticable advantages to this hybrid over your last version? I just loaded your previous one and it stinks to have to go back and redo the home screen layouts all over again. I may also be doing something wrong when I restore my backup files but my BBM contacts don't carry over when I have installed the previous 2 versions of your Hybrid. So I have to ask everyone for their PIN or scan their barcode again.

No you don't need both. its just two ways you can install it

You could always restore your contacts through your DM backup

just loaded it. seems pretty much the same. very snappy and icon updates for weatherEye. also i gained 5mgs of memory. went from 128 to 133 after reinstalling all my apps. and i have 17 apps

Awesome! My memory is up, home screen icons are updating, and my click somehow feels better? (the last part might be placebo) but thanks for the hybrid! I couldnt get the installer to work correctly so I just downloaded the java.

I have .320 and I've always had it say 3G.

Any difference in battery drain? I usually average around 5% per hour or more via meterberry so I'm hoping to get a little better
