Just came today and I love it, but is this list enough to warrant a return.
1. track pad tilted to left while being slightly recessed.
2. Bezel does not seem tight around the LCD.
Light bleads through the side between bezel and LCD on both sides
Would a case like Innocase tighten it up enough to help with the gap?
Your thoughts.
And can I replace it in a TMO store if I purchased one on line through them directly?

You don't need any approval from anyone on this forum to exchange a phone you are unhappy with.
Don't know about T-Mobile policy as I'm with at&t.
Good luck and yes it seems that the loose bezel is common at least so far with the early batches.

my new 9700 is very well built. the bezel is perfectly installed, however, the trackpad does move around a little bit, but perhaps that is not necessarily a manufacturing snafu rather just something to get used to.
my 9700 so far has been flawless. other than the small glitch in sms/bbm of typing something and hitting delete (or perhaps some other combination of frequently accessed buttons during text communication) and having the entire message being deleted.
the whole package, however, is phenomenal! would recommend the phone to anybody.
