Earlier today I downloaded Windows Live Messenger from BlackBerry App World, however the icon is not showing in my downloads section and I have no way to log on, however in My App World it's showing as installed. Now the other downloads I have is Maple Leafs Mobile, Toronto Blue Jays website, Air Canada and Ebay. Now since Messnger was able to download there is no problem with the amount of space, so should I try a battery pull or something else?

Look around and see if you have an "Instant Messenger" folder. Thats where my aol,yahoo,google and windows live all seem to be.

It goes in the instant messaging folder, not downloads.

If you never find the icon and if you are on 4.7 OS, don't reboot. When the icon issues appeared for me on 4.7, the phone would get an ERROR 552 crash on reboot. Backup as quickly as you can before rebooting.....
