Hey guys, according to the user guide I should be able to use the alt key to do all kinds of things from the message list (alt-f to view flagged messages, alt-o to view sent messages, etc.). None of these work. Alt-U does work to mark messages opened and unopened, but that is it. I'm thinking some settings that transferred over when I ran the device switch wizard may be preventing these shortcuts from working, but I can't diagnose the problem. Do any of you have a clue where I should look?
Ok, this is weird. NO search in the message list will work if I give it a name, regardless of if I try to save it. For example, if I run a search for flagged messages and leave the name field blank, all flagged messages show up. If I run the same search with identical parameters, only I put a name in the name field, it returns nothing. Can anyone explain that?
