I am a BES user that set up a personal email account using BIS.

Right now emails from both my work and personal account show up in the 'messages' folder. I know I can go to messages -> view folder -> select inbox and I just see my work email. However that is a very time consuming process to do every time.

I would like my personal email to only show up in my BIS inbox, the one with the little picture of the globe on it.

I am using at&t with the 9700

No can do. The "messages" folder will always contain ALL messages, and BIS messages will also be displayed in their own folders, one for each email address you setup.

The only other option is to have your BES Admin setup a BES Only inbox which can be turned on by a simple change in the sql database.
If your BES Admin reaches out to RIM they can tell them how to do it.

thanks yacoby54 wil the BES only inbox, truly be just the inbox or will it also contain sent mail?

can you please direct me to a RIM support page. I want to make this as easy as I can for the admin.
