Hey everyone don't upgrade to the new Pandora. 1.1.2.1. Stay with 1.1.2. The new one freezes all the time and once it does it won't close. Also if you pause a song with the top keys it will freeze. Btw I'm way I'm running a 9530 on vzw on .328

not sure if its a coincidence, but my storm has crashed twice since I recently installed the new Pandora. I got the White Screen of Death showing "application error" and had to pull my battery. However, I think this is just my Storm 1 crying to be be retired for a Storm 2!!!!
My first time using Pandora and let me tell you it is great. Best app by far. It did have an application error after closing out of it the first time, but I never did a battery pull after installing it so I'm guessing that's why. After that it has been flawless and is def. going to be one of my most used apps.
Mine didn't install quite right with some exception at the end of the install. Although, the install didn't request it, I did a Battery pull and the new Pandora works great on my Tour with 4.7.1.61.
I hate seeing threads like this, as I find it unfair to developers. There are enough responses to the contrary that I think it's safe to say most users don't think the new Pandora is "junk." Just my own opinion, but I usually think it makes more sense to call your thread something like "trouble with _____" or "help needed getting _____ to work properly" just because I hate to see great software called junk in a forum full of impressionable users. Again, just voicing my own opinion here. Make of it what you will.

On the contrary. Threads like this let developers know of issues with applications on a certain device. That's what sets great developers apart from mediocre ones. Listening to its users to correct issues

Yes, but "New Pandora is Junk" is an outright lie. It's not junk. Many users (as you've read here in your own thread) are more than happy with it. The truth is, you're having trouble with it.
A great developer fixes things, you're right. But I've seen no evidence that Marc and the others behind Pandora are not fantastic. They do listen to users. But they're not required to monitor CrackBerry. If you need help from them, why not ask them instead of bashing them here?
The app isn't "junk" just because one user decides not to use a direct channel to ask for some technical support, and instead chooses to start a thread on a forum somewhere, with an inflammatory title. Sorry you're having issues, but that doesn't make this thread title fair.
