Its a great idea, but 20 months? ontop of $94 a month every month. Some of us have other bills as well. So for me, what I did was sell the 8900 and make up the difference.
Ill be paying off the installment plan tomorrow in full. This way I dont have to worry about the other $23 bucks Plus my insurance on the phone.
But thats just me. Ive been with T-mobile for over 6 years. When they were voicestream. and they still wouldnt do anything to work with me.
I was told i had a $300 "allowance" that i could pay over time. I went to the store and they wanted approx $150 up front. i turned on the girly charm though, paid $35 up front and had them bill me for the rest. ha
hahah i know, right? i'm typically more of a "tomboy"...not much for the girly stuff, but when it comes to getting a new blackberry...the switch just turns on i guess! hahh

well im screwed, stewed and tattooed myself and am a tomboy as well, difference being that i have a ginormous beard stopping me from even attempting any girly charm lol oh well
Has anyone got the 9700 through the EM+ payment installments? How much did you pay down/monthly?
I have a friend on EM+ and the Reps wont give him a straight answer.
is based on credit
i added the bold to the account after the change and it was nothing down 20 a month on top of our family shared even more plus plan.
i called to change my phone to a bold as well and they said i had to ether pay 200 upfront or pay 200 of my wifes phone off.. so ill call and add it in january
300 dollar allowance, had to pay $150 up front. With sales tax it came out to $177.something. I'll only be paying $15.86 a month (I can't remember the exact change, but it was somewhere around there.) My payments also don't start until 2/31/2010.

$79.99 unlimited everything w/ no contract + $22/month for 20 months. I'm also sending in my old bb for a rebate of $50 or $100.
I just switched from at&t where I was paying about $125 (after taxes). I wasn't eligible for an upgrade so the bold 9700 was going to cost me $299.
At the end of the day I'd rather 1)not be in a contract 2)have a new phone and 3)overall pay less even with the installments &/or outright buying the phone.
Does anyone know if T-mobile is going to have black friday specials for the no contract installment plan?!? I've only had my phone for 1 week & I'd like to pay less if I could.
