    Everytime I try to upgrade to 5.0 messenger it totally removes the bb messenger icon. If I try and delete it, and reinstall my tour gives me an error 552 and I have to delete everything and reinstall. Any help?

    Hmm. Try A Battery Pull, Clean The Memory (Options, Security Option's, Memory Cleaning) And Visit Blackberry.com/Messenger And Reinstall BBMessenger.
