I've noticed that I cant get QuickLaunch to work on my 9700. Anyone else having that problem or know when the app will be updated??? Also, BerryPopup is acting a little janky too......open too suggestions, fixes, witty comments....
I did the same thing and it keeps asking for my authentification code. When I enter it, it says invalid. It also lists the app as not being compatible with the 9700 in the crackberry app store. =(
You need a new activation code for your PIN. You can switch as many times as you want I believe, but they do this so you can't have the same activation code associated with more than one PIN at one time. Go to your account on mobihand and you can switch device PINs there. Also, you might want to go with the 9000 version (although I've also heard the 8900 works without issue) as there is no version specifically for the 9700 available yet but there was an update for the 9000 for OS 5.0. I've been using this version on my 9700 to hold me over until a dedicated 9700 comes out and haven't had too many problems. Some things cause it to freeze (using the hold-blackberry button to switch apps instead of QuickLaunch) but all-in-all I still have good functionality... for now.
