    Will VZW release the 5.0 opdate when the new curve comes out on 11/20 like they did with the storm 2 and the storm 1..

    I hope so anyway. I want that official one real bad.. Leaked ones and hybrids are cool but nothing beats the real thing unless you're with att (sorry att members)

    Vzw is usually the last to come out with an official release of an os and no carrier has come out with an official yet sooooooooo, my guess is no.

    I don't believe the 8830 has enough app memory to run 5.0. The 8330 is on the list to receive this update.

    8330 or 8830. Title and forum say differinent things. If its the 8830 WE phone there will NOT be a 5.0 for it. If its the 8330 curve, there is slated to be a 5.0 release.

    Everytime I try to download 5.0 in says error entity too large or iy asks me if I want to be redirected to another page. Can anyone help!!!
