Too many to list but here are my most useful ones that I use everyday:

Touchdown (exchange server app for email)
Inrix Traffic (works great, helps me get to work on time)
    SportsTap
    Slacker Radio
    AK Notepad
    Shazam
    Wifi On/Off
    Bluetooth Toggle
    Chuck Norris Jokes (very entertaining)
Step Brothers Sound Board (also very entertaining)
    Barcode Scanner
    Backgrounds (great selection)
    Advanced Task Killer

I haven't used Open Home yet or Better Keyboard as I don't know if they are worth it yet. If anyone can shed some light on these apps I'd greatly appreciate it. With Better Keyboard, is the typing smoother? I seem to have a little trouble with the virtual keyboard that's native on the Droid.

I have quite a few at this point, but Locale is the best. So much better than Proflier was on my Storm.

    I reccomend Quick Settings.
All in one it has Volume control
U can set Wi-fi, GPS, Airplane Mode,
Flashlight, Batt Percentage, Screen Rotation On Off,
Fully customizeable. The best part it is all in one Icon.....

Be careful with it - it's a great app, and was definitely one of my favorites, but it has a bug that will/can disable picture messaging with no way to restore it other than a factory reset. I really hope the dev fixes that because I really miss this app.

If you walk or run, I highly recommend Runner. It is an awesome and amazing app. I just have the free version, but it uses gps to track your speed, distance and route. Check it out.
