I used the multimedia headset (came with the phone) for the first time last night and now I cannot make a call or answer a call without the headset plugged in. I've pulled the battery twice and looked everywhere for some setting to turn off to get my phone to realize the headset is no longer plugged in, but to no avail. Anyone have any suggestions?
Engage in a phone conversation or listen to media through the headset. While doing so, unplug the headset. If the single 'unplug' doesn't work, do it repeatedly - it'll work after a few cycles.
