I have had blackberry of and on for awhile now. I am thinking of going back. I just purchased a mac book love the computer. I downloaded the new blackberry mac software. But every time I connect the blackberry to the computer the icon for charging come on then after about 5 sec it go off like it not evon connected to the laptop what gives. I am connected threw usb.
