i am looking to get the storm 2 and try it out and was wondering about verizons return policy. i believe i am eligible to get an upgrade with the 2 year contract pricing (im not eligible for new every 2 until april).
if i got the storm 2 (i believe it would cost the $279 2 year contract price) and wanted to return it within the 30 days would this mess up my new every 2 date or would it just stay the same.
basically if i got the storm 2 there is a good chance i would be returning it after a week or 2 so i just want to make sure im not going to mess up my upgrades in the future. any1 with any info would be helpful.
it doesn't say anything about if you return it whether your new every 2 stays the same or if the clock is reset no matter what
Normally if you return the device and do not get another one, the NE2 should roll back. Keep in mind when returning a device within the first 30 days, you are subject to a $35 restock fee.
Since you seem to be on the fence about the device, why don't you go in to the store and play with one of the demos. Also ask if they will let you play with one that is not strapped down, the strap seems to negatively affect the screen press.
