    Is anyone else's inboxes being flooded with literally month old, deleted mail and spam mail that you normally never receive?
    This has been running non stop for the last five minutes now and my inbox is still flooding.

    Are you a BES user? If so, your BES admin could have loaded an old backup by mistake.

    Instead of using the BlackBerry to control your BIS setup, go the BIS setup site using your computer. Remove your email accounts and add them again. Battery pull the BlackBerry and see what happens.
