Try switching the last server to 216.165.155.50. I see it backwards a lot, don't know if that's the problem.

TMO is having outages, it is not your phone. I read it on several iPhone sites. If that is not your problem, try this:

Changing the MMS Max Message Size to 614400.
If not, just go to Cydia and add the sinfuliphone repo (SiNfuL iPhone Repo) and install their MMS & tethering Settings, Just remember after you install it, reset your Network settings and reboot the device.

I don't know why, but reading your last paragraph sound a lot like me...

But just to add, the sinfuliphone repository is w w w.sinfuliphonerepo.com .

Hey, I didn't mean it to sound harsh, was just funny to be reading your post and when I was reading it I was like hey why this sound so familiar? But again I put the smiley there so you know that it doesn't really matter to me, at the end we are all here to help, take care.

Just follow what was posted above, it seems to work, as my co-worker 3G just has this MMS & Tethering Settings intalled and she has the MMS working great, and my friend 2G's with the Enable 2G MMS (it also install the MMS & tethering settings in the process) can send and receive MMS without issues. Both of them with TMO.
