    Hey folks!!!

I just bought FULL price the Bberry 9700 and unlocked it at cellunlock.net (great service and price IMHO).

I noticed the OS is OS 5.0.0.321. Is there any newer version to that OS?

    Otherwise AM LOVING IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got home about 2 hours ago from picking mine up from my local Rogers. So far so good. Only problem is that TelNav isn't available for the 9700 yet, but tech support tell me it should be available for download by the weekend.

Quick question guys. Which case is included in the box? Is it a holster or a pocket pouch? I just ordered mine from the most amazing Rogers Rep for a cool $334

I already had data and voice. I just had to renew for 3 years. It doesn't bother me so much cuz I know I'll always need a cell phone.

Yes, .321 is rather old. But nothing newer has leaked to the public.

Hi Crucial, I have been running .296 for about a month now on my 9700 and all works fine. Now that the 9700 has been officially released is there somewhere I can get .321 for my device? I have searched, no luck.......

In that case, care to connect to a wifi network and confirm whether or not it is indeed UMA enabled?
The Rogers internal network says it is, other posts say it is not.

Case is the holster type. It's a bit stiff so I am using the one I had for my Curve - fits perfectly

Screen is much crisper than the Bold.
I'm trying out the different apps right now.

I shelled out 670 CAD coz there's no way I am getting stuck three years with Rogers!

I tried the trackpad on the Curve in a store to see how it feels but forgot to test it in the browser, can you guys tell me if it's easier/harder to use the mouse in the browser with the optical trackpad?

edit - can you scroll diagonally?

I love the trackpad! Bye bye trackball!!! Love that it has more app memory. Phone is a lot faster than the 9000, from testing it the past few hours. Keyboard is excellent. Very easy to adjust to from the 9000. Was it worth the purchase? Absolutely!

The today's themes that are for the 9000, will it work for the 9700?

My biggest beef so far is the memory card location. What the **** was RIM thinking??? I chipped my damn nail a few times trying to get that sucker out!
Other than that, I love it!

I unlocked it with cellunlock.net and it took like 25 minutes to get my code. I unlocked my 9000 with them as well they are reputable.
The belt clip is not that good, I don't like it, I think the foldover tab is too short.
