I want to buy the 9700 with Telus and live in Alberta but I am not sure what will happen when I go to Saskatchewan for work they dont have the HSPA network?? Will it work on the Rogers network?? Or will this phone be dead for service??

I doubt they will allow it to roam on Rogers. You would most likely not have service at this time.
so what happens if the area isn't developed for HSPA network will the Telus or Bell CDMA network kick in on the new 9700's ? Any body know how that works ?

Yeah i'm wondering the same thing. I'll more than likely be living in an area without HSPA+ after i purchase the 9700.
I read in another thread that there will be no service in Sask, or Manitoba for the Telus 9700. Thats not a good thing. I was really hoping that it would have just switched to Rogers towers in these other Provinces.
