how do you reset your device using quicklaunch? is this like a reboot? im not sure how to actavate it..help please

You have to reactivate your Quicklaunch with your activation code.
If you don't have it, you can go to crackberry, or mobihand and log in to your account and get the code.

Open QL then hit your bb key and select add item> then choose application>select reset device and save.
