have a 9530. tried to download the 5.0 upgrade to my mac but it wont open. do i need a pc? over the air upgrade unable to detect an upgrade. any ideas?

try to restart your mac then plug in phone and run DM and it should work

Wasn't it Apple that was putting down Windows 7? All I hear from Mac users is nothing but complaints when trying to do stuff with their BlackBerries on their Macs. PC's ROCK my friends....Mac's SUK!!!

Macs don't suck. Windoze sucks.

RIM sucks for not recognizing that a LOT of their BB-users also use Macs.
Inherently, Win is based on SH!T code. That won't change unless there's a rebuild from the ground up.

Macs are UNIX based. Solid. Virus free. Reliable.

BUT, RIM drops the ball for us Macheads. That doesn't mean we Macheads suck, it means that RIM sucks for not providing us with a reliable interface between our computer and our smartphone (BB). Don't blame Apple/Mac. Blame RIM.

After all, iPods (Apple) work just dandy with Windoze. Unlike the Zune (what a joke that thing is).
