I took off all my themes (too much hassle at this point) and only have meterberry (can't reset with it anymore), berryweather (works fine), facebook, poynt, google maps, beyond 160, a few little games (all fine) and boot up with 38.6. It dropped down to 6 MB today after six hours...never done that before; I've never seen it below 10 before, and that was after seven days or so. Weird. I'm on my 10th battery pull; I'm hoping that weird leak was an anomaly and things will settle in after a bit.
It appears that there is less app memory with .328. However, the phone is working much faster with the lower amount of memory.
So the question is, at what memory level will we start to see .328 bog down?
I'm only running Google Voice, QL, StormSlider and BerryWeather and I'm only starting up with 29.38 (highest after a couple of restarts). Does GV eat that much memory, or am I missing something? I have no themes and nothing else special installed.
Does BES syncing/activation eat up anything? I know, maybe a stupid question, but my low memory doesn't make much sense.
Well about 20hrs after I still boot up at 48mb and after a few hours with a few apps running I stay steady at 46 mb I had bad memory leaks at first .. But I soon saw a few apps I had were the culprits deleted them alls been well
It seems that with an un shrunk OS 5.0 is bigger. However when I first installed it I booted at 49 after installing google sync and bbm 5 I am now booting at 44 but it seems to leak fairly quickly. I did a complete wipe before installing 5.0.
